Lead the development of the segment marketing strategy and execution for Healthcare Systems across the Joint Commission Enterprise. Key responsibilities include:Oversee and manage annual segment marketing plan and budgetDevelop positioning and messaging platforms to differentiate our Enterprise capabilitiesProduce marketing content in various forms to engage prospects and facilitate buyer enablementImplement the segmentA?s lead generation strategy with metric accountabilityAnalyze campaign results to improve performance to goalShare formal plans, results and actionable insights with executive:level stakeholdersManage outside agency partners and internal team partners to meet plan objectives Skills we are looking for:Good listener : to gain a solid understanding of customer perceptions and internal stakeholder needsStrong written and verbal communicator : to articulate our Enterprise value and provide plan visibility to internal partners Creative, out of the box thinker : to craft compelling messaging, campaigns and plansAnalytical problem solver : to synthesize information and draw actionable insightsOrganized, self:starter : to jump in and lead multiple complex projects with tight deadlines, simultaneouslyTeam focused : to build excitement and consensus around shared goals Experience required:Minimum 10 years of marketing experience within healthcare or other comparably complex B2B industry6+ years in a marketing management role, interacting with executive level internal stakeholders/clientsFamiliarity with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and how these systems align with CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce) ideal. Experience with online media campaigns preferred.MasterA?s degree in Marketing or Marketing:related concentration a plus.
